Inserito il - 12 marzo 2012 : 21:53:21 During the traveling in Chile in February we visited Rio Poto canyon near Puerto Varas. Because we didnt have our own equipment we went on a guided tour. At first the guide didnt want us to go (because of the high waterlevel), but then we persuaded him that we are experienced canyoners. The canyon is short, but very aquatic (also the waterlevel was extremeljy high after the 14 days of rain and only two days of sun - hard a5). The canyon has some good jumps and slides, some tricky pools and only one rappel. The water is pretty cold. In chile there is quite hard to get information about their canyons. We will post photos afterwards.
