Arzino 0 is a short but intensive canyon with a large amount of water throughout the whole year, located in the Val d'Arzino. In this canyon you can find some really nice but difficult rappels, delicate jumps, deep green pools, some swimming passages and a strong current. Canyon is very technical but with proper water flow it provides a lot of satisfaction and intensive fillings. River Arzino is very well known for its beautiful emerald color and it is probably the most beautiful river in Friuli region. The canyon is named Arzino 0, because this river has already 4 canyons in its lower ritches, named Arzino 1,2,3 and 4 whic are more suitables for kayak. Canyon is not suitable for beginners!

We did Arzino 0 on the 31st of July, and added a ring on the fist abseil-section behind the rock on the left side in order that the ring stays longer than the other ones. All the rest was perfectly equipped.
In addition we did Arzino -1 starting at 765 hm at the parking place of "Cascate dell' Arzino". Nearly everything jumpabel or downclimb-able just one rappel on the left side (not obvious) with a hight of 32m.

Percorso 27 ottobre, domenica. La data del idrometro era 0,39 quale una portata bassa, ma parlando questa forra, ancora forte.  Armi speditivi ma communque tutto a posto. |

Abbiamo percorso sabato, forra bella, divertente con portata seria. Ci sono alcune vie di fuga a sinistra. Il valore del idrometro era verso 0,44-0,45.
